Remember when you were a kid and the teacher told you to trace your hand and turn it into a turkey? Well here's my "grown-up" version of my hand turkey from Thanksgiving 2013.
I don't know what I like most about this...the tail feathers or the "wings" or the checkered board tummy...OR the accidental eye. Yes, that was an accident. The pattern just worked out great when I added stripes to his comb-thingy.
Now I'm wondering what other creatures I can make out of my hand with a doodle here and a doodle there...here a doodle; there a doodle; everywhere a doodle! :)
